    No equipment, no planning

Sixteen bodyweight exercises, each with the reps or the time already on it. Nothing here needs a gym, a mat or anything you would have to buy, and each one takes between thirty seconds and a minute.

Spin, do the exercise, spin again. Ten spins is a reasonable session; five is a warm-up; twenty is a hard one.

The reps are set at a moderate level. Adjust them for yourself by editing the entries — the numbers are just text, so 10 push-ups becomes 25 push-ups in two seconds.

This is a random exercise picker, not a training programme. It does not know your fitness level, your injuries or your goals. If you have a condition, an injury or you are new to exercise, talk to a professional rather than a wheel.

    Circuit and game formats

Circuit. Turn on Remove the winner after each spin and spin eight times — you get eight different exercises with no repeats, which is a proper circuit rather than eight sets of squats.

Family workout. Let a child spin. Getting to operate the wheel is most of why it works.

Classroom brain break. Two or three spins between lessons. There is a dedicated brain break wheel with quieter options too.

Warm-up roulette. Five spins before your actual session, so the warm-up varies instead of being the same five minutes forever.

    Frequently asked questions

    Do I need any equipment?

No. All sixteen are bodyweight exercises you can do in a small space.

    Can I change the reps?

Yes. The reps are part of the text — edit 10 push-ups to whatever suits you.

How many spins make a workout?

Around ten for a session, five for a warm-up. Turn on remove-after-spin for a circuit with no repeats.

    Is this a training programme?

No. It is a random exercise picker with no knowledge of your fitness, goals or injuries. Talk to a professional if you need an actual programme.
