Bugs, feature requests and questions all go to the same place.
Get in touch
Email hello@wheelcue.com.
That is the only channel, for bugs, feature requests, questions and privacy requests alike, and it is read by the person who builds the site.
Useful things to include:
- For a bug: the page you were on, your browser and device, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps more than a description.
- For a feature request: what you were trying to do, not just what you want added. The underlying task is usually more useful than the proposed solution.
- For a template request: the list you would put on it. A wheel is only as good as its entries, and a real list from someone who needs it beats one we invent.
Things worth knowing first
"My saved wheels disappeared." Saved wheels live in your browser's local storage on one device. Clearing browsing data, using private browsing, or switching browser or computer will lose them. There is no server-side copy to restore.
"Can you recover a wheel I made?" No. We do not store wheel contents, so there is nothing on our side to recover. If you still have the share link, that link contains the entries.
"Can I embed a wheel on my site?" Yes. The embed builder gives you the code, and it works in Google Sites, blogs, class pages and learning platforms that accept embed code. If yours does not show the wheel, tell us which platform it is.
"Is the wheel rigged?" How randomness works sets out the method in full, including a fairness simulation you can run yourself and an explicit list of what we cannot prove.
