Using the site
Wheel Cue is provided free of charge for personal, educational and commercial use. You may use the wheels to run classroom activities, giveaways, raffles, games and decisions without asking permission and without attribution.
You may not use the site to break the law, to run a draw that misrepresents how a winner was chosen, or to attempt to disrupt the service for others.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is". We make no guarantee that it will be available, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.
Specifically: do not use Wheel Cue for decisions with meaningful consequences. It is not appropriate for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions, and it is not certified for regulated gambling, lotteries or prize draws. Where a draw is subject to legal requirements, follow those requirements and use a process your regulator accepts.
The randomness claims made on how randomness works describe how the code behaves. They are not a warranty, and that page is explicit about what cannot be proven by software running in your own browser.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including any outcome produced by a wheel. You are responsible for how you use a random result, and for whether randomness was appropriate for the decision in the first place.
Your content
Anything you type into a wheel remains yours. We never receive it, so we make no claim to it and cannot use it.
Shared-wheel links are created by you and contain your entries. You are responsible for who you send them to.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
